You are Andre Ayew it is the slave mentality has been entrenched in the African leadership. Until we remove the shackles of mental slavery from Africa leaders. They are quick to replace a coach but they will do everything to stay in charge. Take the Ghana Fraud Association - GFA of which Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi has being in charge for the past 10 years what have they accomplish apart from coming out with coefficient to steal our money. Can we replace them with White Men as we did with coache?

I admire you, Abenaa. You ARE well educated, I can see that but you got it wrong about Ayew. Well educated? Privy of his CV? Soccer isn't American football where the players are groomed through college! Sadly enough, African soccer players spend their college time on the field! Ayew is smart but field smart. I stand to be corrected, Abenaa. Give us his CV, honey.

It's strictly "Brains Wanted".

I think Ayew is saying the truth about the unfair treatment meted out to African coaches. We sit in the same class, listen to the same lecturers but yet still you prefer Akwesi B. I don`t want to make refernces But I only pray that you turn to the local coaches. I feel ashamed sometimes to comment on this issue. Second class abroad, second class at home. Professional second class.

I prefer a competent African coach... The problem is finding one that is not corrupt and inept... Kwasi Appiah was scared into playing a weak team against USA... If that is not mental slavery/ineptitude, I don't know... We will find that great leader/coach when we weed out corruption, cronyism, favoritism, and "Mugabesm" at the GFA.. These idiots can only be likened to vultures or piranhas, sucking everyone dry.. stop blaming white coaches for your problems.. Our best WC appearances were with white coaches.. Until we find a good black coach, I will take a good white coach anyday...
