It is organized by the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA, similar to the old ECOWAS tournament. Has more to do with CAF than FIFA. I don't think it is a nonsense tournament just because the participating teams maybe low ranked. Members take it seriously and coaches have been fired because of poor results. With Zambia playing, we should not expect to stroll through and win. Ghana did lose to Liberia so we should not raise our egos that super high
