Don't worry... Essien should not be on the team anyway... He is there because he earned his stripes over the years if he gets injured there players who are better and will step in

The players must bear in mind especially the strikers and particulary Gyan, that success is a team effort. If your team mate is in a good position to score release the ball to him.

Some of the players tend to be selfish, especially Asamoah Gyan and Jordan Ayew.
