Essien has to be more aggressive instead of playing it save. Do not worry about making mistakes and go out there and cover more grounds. If you do not cover grounds, your team becomes short handed.

People must stop this desructive attitude. Essien is good as good old Essien. Its about training and playing time. Seedorf himself played at a ripe age at AC Milan and proofed skeptics wrong.
