    Yes, it is true. Egypt won 1957, 1959*, 1986*, 1998, 2006*, 2008, 2010 according to Wikipedia.
    Ghana won the following years: (1963*, 1965, 1978*, 1982), Cameroon has also won 4 times: (1984, 1988, 2000, 2002)
