His problem is bad player selection and also substitution. Chris Houghton was the same and saw Ayews as GODS. Akwasi Appiah is the only coach whom i believe can turn things around BUT. And a big BUT.

Agreed. Player selection and captain’s retirement are the pressing issues you need to tackle boldly if you want to be successful on the job. Otherwise you’ll continue to fail. Dede doesn’t belong in the current squad!!
