Akwasi appiah is better than all these coaches
Ghana should hire appiah back and give him a long term contract to rebuild a team with no interferences and he ll deliver for us
Look at the talent Appiah scouted for Ghana including the sensational, incomparable atsu, may his soul rest in peace and compare it to these coaches and u ll see the differences!
Again, appiah is tactically better than all these coaches as he understands the THIRD BALLS which these coaches lacks!
Our THIRD BALLS has been our bane as our players are only good when they have the ball but disorganized and discombobulating when they don’t have the ball!
Look at all our games, our current coaches have no idea of OUR THIRD BALL problems as we have lost to all thee minnows not becasue they have better players than us but because we have no BALL WINNING CENTRAL
midfielder someone in the mold of muntari or Wakaso to press the opposition for the third balls and African nations are good when it comes to third balls esp when they met teams who they perceived to be better than them!
They choked the midfield, our men behind the ball and our midfield crashes easily!
Any coach worth his salt wldve noticed this problem from the onset!
Against Nigeria, the Nigerian noticed how we can’t win and handle THIRD BALLS and even DESSER was pressing us for the third balls! A striker pressing us for the third balls because they noticed that deficiency of our games!!
People don’t isn’t why we can progress the ball to the opposition half and is very simple, whenever u loses the ball, u have to win it back and if u can’t, there ll e pressure on your team and the moment they eventually get it, players becomes confused as how to not lose it again and hence BACK PASSES becomes the order of the day!!
Appiah is the only Ghanaian coach that understands THIRD BALL PHILOSOPHY in football period
Bring Appiah back

The problem with our country generally is that we are deeply ungrateful, singing praise today and cursing the next day. Even if a player has to be retired or even dropped, will this poison and backlash at them solve the problem? Ayews have been the most consistent in the BS. When others turned their backs to call ups in favour of club, we relied on them. Today everyone gets up and insulting them. What ungrateful biggots we are. We did to Asamoah during the afcon 2008 and he threatened to resign from the team. Why can't we just support and encourage the team and stop this negative energy? Terrible people not worth dying for

We do appreciate what the Ayew brothers have done. There were players before them and there will be players after them. Such is life. You can’t continue to live on the past glories.Asamoah Gyan was stripped of the captaincy band because of lack of playing time or inactivity.. Why can’t they apply the same measure to the current captain, Ayew? Jordan is still good. Be honest and observant , anytime Dede is introduced onto the pitch we surrender our win in our recent matches. Have you given it a second thought or analysis it deeply. It isn’t that he is bad luck but he underperforms which affects the whole team. Know when to leave the stage please. Signs are on the wall that Dede should leave the stage. If persuasion fails force in the context of insults and criticism should be applied.

By the way Otto, if you really want to prove yourself, you may want to consider re-visiting the Jeffrey Schlupp issue, and explain why he has consistently been left out of the team not withstanding his blistering form in the past. You may also want to explain why you turned your back on John Paintstill during the last world cup. He turned out to be our most effective winger at the last AFCON.

Questions and Answers, and so what? All Ghana needs is a team that is conquering like we had before. A team that is as good as the Women teams and the Under 20s.
1. Put politics aside.
2. Think of how to make the larger fans joyful.
3. Do not think and dream of satisfying any few persons.
4. Call players whom you're 100% sure can deliver.
5. Write camp rules and let them sign to comply.
6. Let them know that there should be no jubilation, initiation, etc until the match is played and won.
7. Ensure all players have enough rest before matches.
8. Plan ONE Style of play and ensure they master it. It's good to be master of One than a Jack of ....
9. Ensure you have 1 or 2 TALENTED OR TRAINED SHARP & ACCURATE SHOOTERS in every match to make surprise shots.
10. Get sneeky Strikers who should always follow shots in case of Goalkeeper parrying back or ball hitting Goalposts and rebounding.
11. Prevent opponents from getting the balls before you attack by marking them effectively.
12. Avoid too many back passes. Not that all our opponents now have technocrats as Coaches and they know we play 50% needless back passes.
13. Urgently classify who form your 1st 11 and who are the substitutes. Let them know from day one in camp so they can work out partnerships in theory and practise.
14. Declare the time of experimentation and competitions as over so that you can play and win matches with your dream team, in your mind far ahead of time.
15. Plead with the GFA, Government Officials, Former Players, Fans etc to keep away from the camp, avoid interruptions etc This is the time they can say all they want to say.
16. Camp time should be 100% exclusive for the Camp team, training sessions exclusive for players and handlers without any form of interference, just as match time is exclusively narrowed to11 Players and NO MORE on the field.
17. At exclusive times players must not make phone calls. They must cut off from the world and be 100% focused.
18. Note that Ghana is tired of excuses so note that you MUST, and MUSTand MUST start wining convincingly beginning with the very next match.
