You want people to serve you always? If I were you I will let my other pastors establish branches of the church and name it to their preference and be the heads and pay you royalties. THINK ABOUT THIS.
Just like Ghanaian pastors abroad building mansions home in Ghana but never live in. They take all the monies under the captions: Pastors' birthday; pastor's allowance; pastor's mortgage; Pastor's car payment; Pastor's father's day gift; Pastor's wife's mother's day gift; pastor's seed sowing gifts; Special offering for pastor and call them.
The members suffer, they are just made to believe everything is spiritual. People follow to the extend that they spend their last penny on the church and their children suffer, their homes are not taken care of, their marriages break, yet you Agyin Asare and your cohorts claim it is all about GOD?

Clearly the first 4 were all formed by missionaries, the last one was founded by a single person (one-man), who is the owner, the pastor, the prophet etc. Such a church noramally started small (pastor, wife, kids and a few friends) and then grow to have several branches, yet they are still the property of the founder and no one else.
On the other hand, the 'conventional' churhes do not belong to any particular person.

This open approach will backfire and instead create gossip, which can fuel a split.
In context however, what Absalom did was in direct response to the misbehavior of David.
What about if God is calling for a new thing? If you are a leader in a church do not ever be afraid of a split. One man and one man managed churches are prone to splits.

Today the church is highly commercialized with the smart guys including even women who the bible says are unclean for seven days during mensuration are making it big under the cover of Jesus. The purpose of the interview was to establish why young people were leaving ("splitting"???) from the Catholic Church to his church. His response to me then was that the Catholic Church was 'lording" it over its followers by relying on hierarchical titles like Pope, Archbishop, Bishop, etc. In fact, at the time, Charles Agyin-Asare was simply known as "Brother Charles". That was late 1980s.
Fast forward, almost 30 years later, he calls himself "Bishop", has a lot of money and property, has a "Dome" and is now wondering about church splits??? We are still here; we knew when, where and how you started and we are still here. You are worried about rebellions in your church; you'very been worried for a while about succession and secession in your church so you sent both your wife and son to pastoral school. Still that has given you no comfort. So now you are "seeing the ghost of Caesar in Philippi?". We are still here and we are watching...

Church split may be good if used well. it may increase souls won for Christ. Paul and Banabas split Acts 15:36-41
