Whatever anyone's stand is on condom use, one fact remains true: there are many Christians, who are committed today, who are alive and well, because they chose to use a condom when they had premarital sex in the past, when they had problems with their Christian life. Condom without marriage is not good but it is the better of two evils. Many a pastor have lived in self denial after praying and teaching their children biblical principles, only to find out that their teenage daughter is pregnant or child has contracted AIDS or become infertile through an STD.

We know that the youth of Pentecost church just like some other youth of other churches are involved in premarital sex and some do become pregnant with consequences that are not good. What do we do to avoid unwanted pregnancy taking into consideration that no amount of restrictions put on a the child on sex they would break it just as some of us did as teenagers and some had unpleasant experiences. In advanced countries like the U.K. College and University clinics make condoms easily accessible to students who have the urge to have sex so that they could avoid STDs and unwanted pregnancies. In UK a mother challenged the law that makes it possible for teenage to have condoms but she lost.
God may have forbidden sex outside marriage but the reality is it is not possible and some people including Pentecost pastors and their children are involved in it with undesirable consequences. How do we solve that? Let us be realistic.

I have been in the pentecostal movements for more than thirty years and also seen even pastors,elders and church members alike doing it left,right center and back especially,in this digital era when sex is easily done via skype,messenger,whatapp,viber etc etc.
Lets be realistic,circumstances and situations make people do it despite their religious background.
The elder was right,if you cant control your libido which is natural,use condom.
The problem with most pentecostal churches is that they dont welcome divergent views.The church ought to be a dynamic one.When it touches on sex,thithes,offering and how to spread the wealth around,they become very adamant.
