Irreplaceable Peter was to be the rock of the apostles to the length of time he was to spend alive on earth. Early prophets of the land of Judah were in their positions, until death. Genuine christianity is not based on democratic principles. This mindset is part of the religious problem on earth today. Take the bible an explain it to reflect our current trends for a better mindset and towards the person whose name correspond to christiandom. That is Salvation, and cut of all the ritualistic made believes. So that the concentration is move from the image of pope to the only begotten son.
