At birth we are crippled with the law of good and evil. We need the spirit of Jesus to replace this sin factor and bear the fruit of the spirit seen in Galatians 5:22. We must create the atmosphere in the church by love such that whoever enters the church would be compelled by the love of God to abandon wearing mini skirt. There are pastors who practice sorcery yet they profess to know Christ. A sinful mini skirt person can be touched by the spirit of god to change. The church should accommodate such but must be exhorted to follow Christ teachings
