He should not rest because he could become a very great player.Right now he is pretty good but not too polished. With good training he could turn into something very deadly.

Too slow and too undecisive. He must know what to do with the ball before he even gets the ball. He thinks too much on the ball, he has to let loose and flow on the ball.
