First question; has he no children and if he has children, where are they?
What has he done with his earnings over these period? compare to the likes of Amakye Dede, Kojo Antwi, David Donttoh etc.
Why would he be angry with the minister for telling the truth? Does it means he has no savings, no family member to support or from from his group?
Am sure this never helped anyone when he had money so the law of karma is played here.

Ghanaians have a sense of entitlement if left unchecked will bankrupt the country. The veteran actor has the gumption to berate the tourism minister for her refusal to fund his eye surgery. Akpaste is a private citizen just like everyone else, why then does he expect to be treated differently. Perhaps he thinks he deserves to be singled out for special treatment, given his profession as an actor. As a working man, he should have some money saved to use on a rainy day just like undergoing surgery on his eyes.

He has worked for the rest of his life so you mean has got everything in life? please tell me, who has got everything under this sun, who? In fact , you might be kidding. Did he ask for food, or clothe, or a car. or a house???? His case is something of emergency and you are here asking what he did with his money. This is life, we depend on one another, and as such everybody needs the help of the other. You don't even know the number of he has helped in his acting career, but you are here blaming him. Hmmm! so sad, but pray so you don't experience what he is going through today. Everybody is bound to fall sick, just remember that. This is not his end, bear in mind.

The problems we have in this country is because we have a lot of ignorant literates in the country including health providers (or the health providers are just thieves).

Ghana is a useless country, with all the resource that we have our government can't even take care of us.This eye problem is nothing that should cost this man's life. I leave in South Africa as a Foreigner but I go to hospital free and I take medication for free as well. I know one Ghanaian here in Johannesburg they have booked for him to operate his eyes for free even as a foreigner so why Ghana can't do the same to his own people? All Ghanaian ladies leaving in South Africa are given birth for free with no conduction. You will attend hospital from the first day that they find out you are pregnant and check on you and give you medicines till you give birth for free. Operation is nothing they will do it with you paying a cent. This eye problem is not but only in Ghana its like cancer or kidney problem. There was one Ghana man leaving in South Africa and he had stroke and he was treated very well in Johannesburg hospital and everything came stabled and they put him on drugs which he take every month even if 20years he will still taking without paying anything now after been treated for almost five years he decided to back to Ghana we advised him not go because he will die when he goes to Ghana then refused and died four months when he went to Ghana why? Because our government is very useless, this man died because he couldn't afford the medication. There is another man who even had stroke ten years back before this man but this man is still leaving healthy and still collecting medication for free every month for more than ten years. So truly speaking Ghana is a very useless country when to helping his people. But they give thousand of dollars to so called this useless Ghanaian celebraties to just campaign for them.
