Charterhouse did nothing wrong – KK Fosu

When the organizers of the prestigious Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Charterhouse made it public that Shatta Wale did not complete an apology process and therefore wouldn’t be nominated in any categories for this year’s Ghana music awards, lots of industry players cut the event organizers some slack for not nominating him, but highlife musician, KK Fosu shares a different view altogether.

According to KK Fosu, Charterhouse did not err at all in disqualifying Shatta Wale and that Shatta Wale forgot that whatever thing he does today will surely have a consequence tomorrow.

On Happy Fm he said, “Whatever we use our mouth to say today, will surely bounce back to us. Shatta Wale should know that. We need to respect each other, respect is key, and upon all things let’s big up Charterhouse every time. Before Charterhouse came into the picture, we did not even know what award organizing is.”

He continued, “Let’s respect the decision of Charterhouse, they did nothing wrong in disqualifying Shatta Wale. Even that year Shatta Wale bounced back onto the music scene, how many people knew him? All of a sudden he started threatening and insulting people that he wasn’t given award and all that.”

He again disclosed that as a musician, you release songs for your numerous fans, and not for awards.
