  the Ghanaian government is one of the most incompetent ever. it is not the responsibilities of actors and muscians to educate teenagers. it is the parents'. these so called celebrities are business men and women so u can't take their bread away from them just because some parents don take care of their responsibilities. very stupid law. no wonder this country is in shambles. because it is in the hands of ignorant lawmakers with misplaced priorities
