These are the people who are susceptible to the crook and fake Pastors in Ghana who steal their money and sexually corrupt their morals because they believe these crooked Priests and self annointed Bishops have God telephone number. I know I will catch a flak for saying this but Castro has crossed the boundary to the spiritual world and is not among the living.

Why not send a crack team of CID/National Security/BNI investigators from Accra with permission and assistance from Togolese authorities to comb the hospitals in Lome to confirm or disprove the rumour? This is a better approach than resulting to old fashion policing by sending so called protected messages to commanders.
