Let me tell you guys something; most of the journalist in Ghana had their own reservations when Komla was adjudged the journalist of that particular year. Their reason was that Komla was not trained as a professional journalist, and so didn't see why he should merit that title. And so for Kojo to have "Celebrated" Komla the way he did; and considering his stature,, didn't go down too well with some of the journalist. But Kojo is his own man and if he was so stricken by the death of our dearly beloved Komla Dumour, what is their problem. They never endorsed Komla anyway, and so for the guy to have risen to that status; I'm sure some people are still jealous. Some people don't see why he never went to School of Journalism, yet he manage to rise to such fame. And his death has left every Ghanaian; not only Ghanaians, but world at large dumb founded. I woke up everyday and i say to myself, "Oh Komla, what happened? You shouldn't have died now. You have a wife and three kids to take care of. why do you have to leave them this way?" I love Mandela, but i never felt this way when he died. I believe this how Kojo felt; and now people are playing foolish politics with this. Even if he had compared Komla to Bob and mandala, i believe he's entitled to do so. He's a matured man and has every right to feel whatever he want to feel and to express himself the way he want. Komla may not have attended GIJ, but he will go down in history as one of the best journalist ever to have come from the motherland. "we love you Komla; and you shall forever live in our memories. OH RIP." I can't believe i just broke down in tears. Hmmm!
