This is nonsense. KODA can't blame doctor or hospital for his own negligence. He is not ignorant that he had G6PD deficiency and at least a scant knowledge of what that entails. Doctors are not God or magicians to know everything about a patient before giving out medication. He should have disclosed it every doctor who was treating him. I've had tests which were inconclusive on G6PD. One says Full Defect but 4 subsequent tests say No Defect. Even this a doctor has written it boldly on my folder "G6PD" to caution any doctor of the condition. I agree with the doctor that I don't have the G6PD deficiency but it's there in case of emergency. His death may not even be related to the drugs nor G6PD deficiency.
