In The Informer’s Wednesday, September 07, 2011, edition, it was put out that in the wake of the extremely damning Wikileaks revelation that the NPP Flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo is Ghana’s most celebrated wee-smoker who wakes up with a fat cloud of wee smoke hanging over his head, the Ashanti group within the NPP is moving for an emergency congress to elect a more decent candidate to lead the party into the next year’s election.

Well, The Informer continues to keep its antae high on the matter and the paper is authenticating the facts that the Ashanti Cabal is not relenting on its efforts to get the Party hold an emergency congress as soon as possible. The Informer has it on authority that, the Former President, Mr. John Agyekum Kofi Diawuo, the “50 Cents” Kufuor; Kwadwo “Mugu Yaro” Mpiani, Richard “Sweet dick” Anane, arrogant Mathew Opoku Prempeh, and other key members of the Ashanti cabal have been having a series of meetings to breathe life into their strong feeling that Akufo-Addo must be replaced with the speed of lightening. According to The Informer’s own “leaks”, with the amount of money that Kufuor, Mpiani, and Anane have (they control over 80% of the NPP’s cash), they are playing the money game to get the National Executive Committee of the NPP to agree on the emergency congress proposition.

Per the “leaks”, the party can hold an emergency congress and replace Akufo-Addo because he has not yet gone through the processes of officially being recognised by the Electoral Commission (EC) as the Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party.

“The good thing is that Nana Addo is not yet the official candidate for the NPP per the country’s electoral rules so we can go to congress and replace him” the “leaks” said.

“If Nana Addo had gone through the processes with the EC and had been gazetted as such, it would not be possible for us to hold an emergency congress. However, since he is only a flagbearer on the books of the NPP, we can hold an emergency congress to replace him with a more credible candidate since he is dragging the whole party into his personal drug addiction problems” the “leaks” added.

According to the “leaks”, there is a strong feeling among the Ashanti cabal that it is about time that the NPP confronts Akufo-Addo’s addiction to wee and drugs frontally and stop playing the ostrich over such a crucial matter. “We have been running but we cannot hide any longer” the leaks added. As put out in the Wednesday story, some of the young Ashanti “boys” who supported Allan Kyeremanteng are in the thick of things and will soon be openly pushing the agenda for an emergency congress. Prominent among the Allan “boys’ leading the crusade, is, Stephen Amoah aka Sticker.

Apart from being a strong Allan supporter, Sticker is a bitter person because he believes that Akufo-Addo’s machinery worked against him (Sticker) in his bid to become the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Kwabre East.

As mentioned, with a lot of cash in the kitty, it would not be surprising to see Kufuor, Mpiani, Anane, and the Ashanti cabal having their way and succeed in pushing Akufo-Addo out of the way so as to reduce the perception that the Narcotics Peddlers Party (NPP), is being led by a person who is strongly addicted to wee, cocaine, and the “bottoms” of women; especially dead women.
