Such people deserve to be catered for by government through GBA.
But this also shows that champions should be helped to use their money well. Many of them don't know how to manage their earnings.

I believe he was encouraged by the government to import Tinapaa and the government was supposed to buy from him. In the end nothing happened but he imported the Tinapaa. Sad...
