Just heart pains means he may be going through a stroke or heart attack which sadly many Ghanaians have no clue re management and resuscitation procedure.All stations in Ghana must have first aid volunteers in a mini health post within a Station whether Bus or Trotro stations.At least the first aid volunteers could call the ambulance and start to CPR before the emergencies arrives.
