There have been too many changes of coaching staff in recent years. Almost every year there is a change of coach. It damages the image of the club. Now the Kotoko coaching job is a poisoned chalice. And if we do not stop this behaviour the spiral downward of the Club's performance cannot be stopped.

No coach can survive in Kotoko,no matter your performance,Kotoko supporters will threaten your life.Michael Osei who sabotaged David Duncan has since been sacked. Coach Dramani who won the League Cup back to back was treated badly,his life was threatened and sacked. I can go on and on. Management has not learned any lessons from the negative and unsporting behaviour of the supporters. How on earth can Kotoko supporters expect to win every single match.Why,why,why Kotoko supporters,why.
