These guys know how to play. What is needed is to get the best out of them. This is why Mourinho and all these coaches are paid big bucks to do. Our local coaches are not equipped to provide value with that aspect of sports. You can have all the best tactics -- if the players don't want to give their maximum, you won't win.

I am sure Grant had other qualities, but the psychological and motivational bits is what has been lacking.
Why else would a good team go to a whole WC and demand millions before playing for their country, lack of Motivation.
GHANA WILL REMAIN SECOND TO EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING AS LONG AS WE HAVE CITIZENS LIKE YOU WHO DO NOT USE YOUR GOD GIVEN FACULTIES.

Just look at Jo Ayew for instance, I have watched him play on several occasions and he has had the best training from France to England, but he seems to be the easily distracted type.
I still have hope, he would discover his talent and realise the opportunity his dad would have died for. He is currently Ghana's Balotelli.
The Egypt game was purely psychological. Just look at all the lasers from the fans but Ghana had no answers.
The GFA could have protested, also pshycological, if not for replay at least to scare the Egyptians next time.
GHANA MUST WAKE UP.

I am sure he even struggled to get his points across because the players would have been busy worshiping him than listening.
I can feel what the man feels going away, a people of a seared conscience.
Ghanaians are impossible to change and this is sad.
He did his best and gave his all, the stars are just not good enough.
Ghanaians are only programmed to learn the hard way all the time because we never learn from others and the past.

Keep the Coach Avram Grant and stop the lies and divisions. So those calling for his sack are trying to tell Ghanaians that they know better than GFA and everybody? Sacking the coach will be a disaster! He has a long term vision for Ghana football so let him continue. The culture where Ghanaians keep calling for removal of national coaches is the main reason why we can't achieve anything. Allow Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi and his staff to focus on achieving great things for our National teams. This kind of 'PHS' (Pull Him Down) thing is hurting progress and development in our Sports. Please let's do the right thing by keeping Coach Avram Grant; he's a good coach. No coach can work magic to win laurells for Ghana in a short time. The problem is the kind of bogus goalkeepers we have in our team. Goal keeper trainer Nassam Yakubu should be the one to blame for selecting bogus keepers for our team, not Avram Grant. It's time to mature and adopt a long term strategy to achieve greater results. People ought to mature.

Gyan, when it comes to soccer just being a motivator and a psychologist isn't enough. Why do we a psychologist on the management team? We need also a tactician and strategist so that during game play you can make some adjustments to your play also. The BS style is the same; side ways passes between the defense and defensive midfielders and long cross that leads to nothing.

Gyan and Grant must both go. It does not surprise me they are "bigging up" each other. They both failed at AFCON 2017 big time.
He is more a Psychotic than a Psychologist! No, he must go. Why?:
He costs four or five times the foreign exchange paid Coach Akwesi Appiah, but he has failed comparatively. Appiah took us to the AFCON finals, and the FIFA World Cup.
He is lazy, often residing in Europe and Israel, rather than Ghana where he has been paid to stay for two years.
He has failed to discover and weave a correct mix of local and foreign based football talents - as more successful Egypt has done - as the core, and lynchpin of the Black Stars.
He is mostly "muumu" (dumb) on the touch line, failing to speak to correct mistake of the Stars - like Coach Renard does - to reset, and motivate them to win midstream in tense matches.
Most importantly, he seems to lack the right mix of attacking-defending-stalling strategies to make the Stars an awesome team to be depended on to win the AFCON.
Lastly, he has an excuse for his many failures: poor pitch - as if sides that beat us are advantaged; poor refereeing; hotel facilities are poor; players didn't convert their chances; poor goalkeeping; and he forgot his smelly, lucky, juju blue/white stripped shirt in the washing machine?
Grant, Nyantakye's GFA, Gyan and all old BSs players must go. We need new new blood in Ghana football. The court jesting must end now.
Revolutionary regards.

We don't want a baby-sitter to baby-sit the Ghana Black Stars. We want a winner to put Ghana on the map once again. That's why we are spending money we don't have on him.
Got that Asamoah?
He is you coach. His job is to make us win.
He took Ghanaians for granted. Otherwise he would have fought like a wounded dog to bring the experienced players back.
We are going to revamp the entire Black Stars organization.
The Nyantakyi-Grant era will soon be over. I hope Asamoah can live with that.
May Lord Almighty continue to bless our beloved Great Ghana: Amen!!!
