We keep on changing coaches, but nobody questions the role of the GFA president in the downward spiral of the Ghana Black Stars, -- and the country's football program in general.

Granted: Mr. Grant does not deserve to be renewed. And it's for the simple fact that, he has not earned it. In other words Mr. Grant failed himself: Ghanaians wanted him to succeed because, his success was inextricable from that of the national team.

So here we are, once again embarked on another housekeeping, -- which is inevitable. The only question here is: How reaching is it going to be?

Personally, I think it should start we with Mr. Nyantakyi resigning from the presidency of GFA. If he is a noble man, he should not wait to be asked to do so. His tenure in office has been marked with disaster to Ghana football.

If he does not leave on his own then, we must begin a recall process,-- under rule of law -- to throw him out of office.

Mr. Nyantakyi must pick his poison: he leaves in his own with dignity, or gets thrown out of office in disgrace. The choice is up to him.

Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe must be prepared at all cost to take over the day-to-day affairs of the GFA. He must oversee the hiring of a new coach ASAP.

I would recommend that, he starts negotiations with Jurgen Klinsmann,-- the former United States national team coach, who beat us in Brazil to start the downward spiral of the Ghana Black Stars.

We need to be ready for the next WC qualifying game in March. But that is not mutually exclusive to getting rid of Mr. Nyantakyi, and hiring Mr. Klinsmann to manage the Ghana Black Stars.

May Lord Almighty continue to bless our beloved Great Ghana: Amen!!!

He has served for more than a decade and presided over corruption at the fa. His conviction of continuity lies in his ability to influence the electoral college with money to approve his presidency. We only remember today but not yesterday. It's not about Kwasi Nyantakyi but its the money. Money does everything in this modern world.
Look at our stadia, weak and horrible.
Sometimes let us think beyond revolutions for even you Fianoo will never withstand Ghanaian populace agility . We always comment without facts. All those who wants to be GFA chairman should not incite demo but rather stand for the elections and win. We rely on here say too much and no facts. Kodjo lets see what you will do at Asgold this season by playing friendly matches to expose them.

I would like to see Tony Bafoe as the new FA boss if he is interested. He has played the game. Former Black Star and well exposed. He will bring the right people if Football into the admnistration , develop what we need to succeed further. As at now grass root football is dead. Colts football must come back and a new rule introduced such that the kids can't skip school if the want to play colts. They must be endorsed by their school head teacher as serious students to be registered as colts players. The right coaches who love what they do should be hired. Coaches who will stay in The country to unearth talents. Coaches not afraid to give locals a chance to increase confidence and desire to stay in the local league and still be able to be recognized and selected. This will bring competition to the local league and add value as well. Most of Egypt and Cameroon players played in the local leagues. They played together and were available to the coach to have ample time to prepare for the tournament. Lastly AFCON is a hard tournament and tough to win, so you need very fit players to play and win. I am sorry but unfit AG and Dede should not have played in this AFCON. They were not fit and this can even hurt their stock in trade.
However, the FA boss should not be demonized and disrespected. He has done his best and has improved Ghana football but at this hurdle we need more.
