He was called the "Tarkwa Pele" during his student days and later moved to Kotoko.l had an Angolan friend outside who said he once watched a match Kotoko played in Angola in the early 80s and that if not for the fact that Opoku Nti was red- carded, they could never have won that match.He demonstrated some of the antics of Opoku Nti and each time l hear of Opoku Nti, l remember those good old days.
