The bio data were 'captured' at the Ghana embassy in the country where he resides...in this case the place is UK ....why couldn't he travel with his British passport? Or am guessing he doesn't own one ....I can only say that ... read full comment

Or am guessing he doesn't own one ....I can only say that Andrew should be careful because when the Black Stars dumps him..( like they have done in ages past to players who were born outside) he will be queuing at the various embassies for visa to go play football...he should hold his British passport and do his business unless he wants to be a politician in Ghana after his football career is over

The Ghana citizenship act makes you a Ghanaian citizen as long as you have one Ghana born parent and one Ghana born grandparent. He dies not need any biometric check. He just needs the basic passport for the match officials. ... read full comment

dear brothers, its unfortunate we are slaves in our own land. the europeans came and handed us to the British who also used us to their satisfaction. Now is the era of the chinese who have no respect for the black skin. A chinese firm called CNQC has decided never to apply the national labour laws to ease the african workers of the slavery they undergo. some work for about 10 hrs a day. others work for about 9 hrs a day for a monthly salary. there is nothing like insurance for labourers. neither does this company pay the ssnit for any local worker. when they were confronted, they had the guts to say there are no laws in ghanan. they can always pay their way through. ARISE PEOPLE IN LEADERSHIP ROLES AND ACT FAST TO SAVE THE CURRENT SITUATION.
