Dr.,today ,there is nothing like a player dying for a club.If you go into football management with this archaic theory, you will end up biting your finger. It is rather a matter of money and the skill to motivate them.

I am extremely surprised to hear anybody still thinks that, Accra hearts of Oak players contributed to the club, S failure to win the 2015/2016 Ghana Premier league trophy. To be frank, the players did nothing wrong, even if they have, is as a result of management inability to manage issues. Has any of the players caused the sacking of kenicki? No matter what the coach did, the issue could have been managed better than it was done. I therefore wish to indicate, that the technical and management team should take the fullest responsibility for the club,s inability to win the trophy. Is not about interviewing players before recruitment. You can even adopt any other form of assessment than interview and use it to recruit the players and fail to pay them and the coach, you will see what is going to happen. If this is the strategy you are taken to the next season, then am afraid, you are dead on arrival. The way forward, make sure you get enough money ready to pay the coach and the players what is due them and they will deliver.

Unheard of Sir ????????????. !!!
