2. Avram Grant is no coach. We thought Akwasi Appiah was not good and therefore we needed a top flight coach. Avram Grant in the minds of many could bring back the lost luster of the dimming Stars. However, Avram Grant has proven that he's worse. All he does is fly around the world and collect his salary. He's taking Ghana for granted and using the Black Stars to enjoy his "retirement"
Chelsea had to fire him before he could abuse the team. He's useless and must be gotten rid of immediately.

The bane of Black Stars fall lies with government appointees not GFA The Dzamesi report found Afriyie Ankrah, Kojo Adu-Asare and Mahama Ayariga culpable hence their inability to release it. Even if GFA was "chopping money" Ghana was doing good. This rogue of a minister who is like a vampire, sucks people's blood but refuses others to do same. Till he became an MP/Minister, he was almost like a pauper and it was confirmed by his friend Bukom Banku. Per his rogue tactics Ghana is on the decline. He is responsible for our situation.

Rather than look at quality of coaching where for over 10 years now you cannot find a 30 goals a season striker? Ronaldo is scoring 50 plus in spanish league and local strikers are scoring 14, 16 a season in a weaker league yet let us win a game and foriegn based players come under attack from whole country.haba. the local boys do not respect chan or chance to honour country believing they have to be in senior bs before they can show themselves. I think the key is to do well at AFCON. This is important for qualification seeding purposes. No matter what we do, the groups we get at AFCON or WC will never be easy. To me, the basic concept is that you need to score two goals every game if you want to be a team that wins most of its games. That is the simple goal they should have. Our prayer is that we have Dede and Gyan healthy and available for AFCON. Those are the two goals right there. Hopefully, Samuel Tetteh will continue his form and be another scorer but we shall see.

This is all because their work ethics are not good enough. Some are more dedicated to their clubs than the state. It depends on the team's psychologists to psyche and advise them about their expectations to the nation. Some of these young lads do not work hard enough when they put their national pride on test. It is not all about the money. Compare the Black Stars of yester-years to the present and do the math yourself. I don't think some of them on this present team are dedicated enough. Before they are selected they should be interviewed to know their mentality; they should never be selected because they are playing for foreign clubs. I am pretty sure there are some home-grown lads who are up to the task as described above. Football is one of our national prides and we should never let it go out of our hands.
