How many people watch training? Few people, no TV coverage like the league matches so little exposure for the sponsor. This is why we need our own stadium so that we can put whatever we want. And the thing is Hearts does not need a cedi to get a stadium. There are many developers who'll be happy with a build-operate-transfer agreement and we can defray the costs with some sponsorship and naming rights. Togbe is a business man so I wonder what the problem is.
