Yes they are second hand tires if they try hard a bit they will become brand new Yokohama tyres and will find their way into Europe...yes i have noticed people saying the Appiah`s and Essien`s all came from the second hand tyre selection.the thing is they performed way way above the mediocre performance of the local scene.
