In my opinion, Michael Essien must consider retiring from active football. He was a good player and maybe he is still good mentally, but his body can no longer stand the strength required to play at top level. The body is weak, and the constant injuries after every second match must tell him is time to hang his boots in faith and concentrate on a coaching carrier. A word to the wise is enough.
