So far, you've not even told us whether all entry or exit points - airports, seaports, land borders - have been blocked, and we haven't heard or read any such development, which means no-one is preventing them from leaving (even if the situation is what is making them stay put), so how could they even have been locked out, let alone locked up?

What baffles me about most Ghanaian journalists is that, they don't have a good command of the English language. The headline is not only misleading, the grammar is wrong.
