For almost a month now, there's always been news about Kenichi Yatsuhashi that Hearts executives are not pleased with him and want to fire him. Then the next moment, you guys take a U-turn. Leave the guy to do his job and stop this foolishness. Why would you sack a coach because he did not allow a management member in the dressing room during half time to talk to the players? Even Abrahimovic and co don't do that. That's the time to strategize and put the players in the right condition for the second half. It's only a short period and Odoitei wants to use a moment of it to talk to who? You guys are dictating too much. Sack Keni today and he'll get another club in Ghana the very next hour it'll be reported. Inject quality and professionalism into your team handling approach and spare our ears from these noisesssssss.

Good news.Allow this coach to have his peace of mind and concentrate on his job.The talking is just too much.We are paying him just US$2,000 a month and we are not even ashamed of that.His output is far far more than what we are giving him.The interest alone this coach has generated in this year's league is worth commending.He is indeed the man for the job.Coach Duncan last year was also on the right path and was booted out.For once we should not repeat this mistake.Lets allow the coach to build a team for now and the future.I am sure he is looking at the future like what Jones did for the team some years ago.Maintain Kenichi and the supporters will always be at the stadium in their numbers.Sack him and the team will play in an empty stadium.Long live Kenichi long live Togbe,Frank Nelson and co.

Barcelona does'nt hire just any coach likewise the others in the top levels of football. Who ever comes must make their teams play their known trademark style.What is the style of Phobiaa, and how do they want to play, what do they want to achieve as a team? When these and many other relevant ones are answered, then they will know they need Kenichi or his type in addition to an Ardy, Oko Aryee, Sam Amarteifio, Archibald Lamptey etc kind of coach to achieve greatness.
