Kotoko should open the bank volt and sign marquee players instead of these average players.
If Hearts of dope sign Latiff Atta Blessing, then Kotoko will have problems competing against our sworn football enemies. Hearts with wingers Isaac Mensah and Latiff will be a dominant force. We need Players of Latiff caliber and not the Osei Carlos type. He is an average Player.

If you ask me, your Paul Pogba argument doesn't make sense either. Paul Pogba was 18 at the time Man United let him go due to age and lack of playing time because his position as midfielder at that time at Man U congested with better players. Juventus took him because they needed a midfielder and even that it was his second year at that team that he blossomed. You can't compare him to a Ghana 25 year old player who is more likely a 30 year old sitting on a bench at a team lacking players at his position.
Kotoko continue to sign Players that doesn't make sense to me. What about that Emmanuel Gyamfi from Wa All Stars? How many Wa All Stars right wingers do we need at Kotoko? We already have Sarfo Gyamfi and Nyarko from Wa at that position plus Bennet Ofori from Berekum Chelsea. If you have to bring another right winger, he has to be exceptional like Latiff Atta Blessing who used to be a ball boy at Kotoko and Kotoko gave him a trial out but didn't sign him and allowed him to go as they did Augustine Okrah who they gave to Bechem United for free.
For my undying love for the team, I hope I am wrong and Osei Carlos and Emmanuel Gyamfi become exceptional players for my fantabulous Oseikrom boys.
