IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS. REF AGBOVI SHOULD HAVE LOOKED TO SEE IF THE LINESMAN'S FLAG WAS UP OR NOT. IF IT IS THEN U GIVE A PENALTY. IF ITS NOT BUT U STILL BELIEVE A FOUL WAS COMMITTED IN THE 18. U CAN GO AHEAD N DELIBERATE THAT WITH THE LINESMAN BEFORE ORDERING A PENALTY OR NOT. IF THE REF SAID HE DISALLOWED THE PENALTY BCOS HE FEARED FOR HIS LIFE. THEN THE HOME CLUBS N THE GFA MUST SIT DOWN N FIND A REMEDY TO SECURITY......

Even top Referees in the EPL and Champions League do sometimes fails to award stonewall penalties but they don't ban them for 8 games, Do they? And why is it all about WA ALL STARS? I think it's because of Nyantakyi.
