FYI, Grant is not in Ghana to monitor and guide local talent. He is in Ghana to coach the Black Stars. Teams have coaches and they have to develop their own players. When they are good, they move up to the Black Stars and coached by the national team coach. He has Assistants who can monitor local talents and recommend them. That is what other national team coaches do in other countries. What he has brought anew can best be explained to you by the players. So you are not a member of the Black Stars, you can only judge him by the performance of the national team. The intangibles, you will never know.
