    He prefers to be sacked so that he can make claims he doesn't deserve. That's why he will hung on no matter what.

    Indeed, Duncan expects management to "help" in this regard. He was frustrated he couldn't get Hearts management to buy matches, and threatened to resign. Matter of fact!!

    He won't resign because he is defending the interest of his pockets. Useless man. Fire him and set up accounts so supporters can contribute to pay him off
