I can't agree with you more. Defenders make such mistakes all the time. Baba has been getting his chances and should take tadvantage of it. He's not that young in football sense.

Maybe he doesn't have the mental strength to play for team like Chelsea .. When Osei Kuffuor gave the back pass in the World Cup did he play again?? Sheila Illiasu took his place. We shouldn't blame d coach cos Baba is ghanaian.. He's young and needs to learn.. Build his confidence ... When schllup made mistakes during preparation for World Cup he wasn't chosen.. Now schllup is a better left back sometimes used as left winger.. Baba should improve his tracking back and defensive abilities ... He's a delight going forward but in defense he has a long way to go esp playing in the English league ...

Yesterday he was helped out a lot by his team mates. He should go out on loan to a lower club or to the championship to toughen up. He looks like a tourist in this Chelsea team at the moment.
