Your point is excellent for political correctness.

However, when a person is on a tell-all (nothing-but-the-truth) mission, s/he tends to reveal only HIS/HER truth.

It could have been politically worse if he had revealed their names according to HIS truth.

I'm sure others' autobiographies will dispute some of his "truths" too.
