he has proved t be the best player on the continent at the moment. Avery good striker, there is none like him in Africa at the moment. Congrats to him and Toure and co should stop the envy. When Toure was winning on those consecutive occasions, nobody envied him. Nobody even questioned his capabilities. Why is he now doing the opposite t the Gabonese guy who has proved beyond all and sundry that he is the winner?

Aubamayeng is the best jealous down. He's scoring loads of goals in one of Europes top leagues with ease. Haters go n sleep.

Toure wants weight to be put on African Nations cup and not just European league. I think that makes sense. Overall Ayew was hurt by poor performance late in the year.

I certainly agree with your comments about CAF awards, loosing their/its credibility. There is nothing to raise the enthusiasm about football anymore.

The winner is only a top scorer of a Germany's BL.German league cannot be compared to EPL nor the spanish one.Look at Kalou who was nothing in England but now a top player in Germany.Scoring goals alone is not the end of the matter, hence Tony Yeboah could also have laid his hands on this trophy.Just enquire into where this Aubemayang has carried his club and his nation to,in the context of his prolific goal-scoring capabilities? The answer is confined to only Germany.I also subscribe to the fact that Asamoah Gyan is always being discriminated against because he has proved his capabilities in both the AFCON and the WORLD CUP games more than Aubemayang. My contention is that if the organisers relied solely on Aubemayang's contribution to the struggles of Dortmund, then the decision to nominate him as the best in Africa is palpably wrong.

Have you Samuel Osei Kuffour forgotten your own nightmares so soon?It happened to you twice but the second one was more painful. In 1999 you were by far the most consistent and popular african player in europe because of your exploits with German champions Bayern Munich. You won the league and German's version of the FA cup and placed second in the european champions league which you lost painfully due to sheer luck which eluded you in the last minute thanks to Davod Berkhams power set pieces.Who won the African player of the year at that time?It was Nwankwo Kanu who was a bench player in Arsenal and his only story was that he came in the last fifteen minutes of a league game to score a hatrick. The second one was in 2001,you won everything in Europe that is the champions league,German league,German version of FA cup and went ahead to win the world clubs champions to which you even scored the winning goal to annex the cup.You were given a car for the best player of the tournament but who won the African player award that year?It was Samuel Eto and reasons were based on his exploits at both club and country and mind you there was no nations cup that year.So Mr Kuffour dont be surprise because you have been a victim on different occasions.
I have also realise that most of times any player who wins the BBC African player of the year fails to win the CAF African player award and I believe may it is CAF's way of saying shut up to all those noisy foreign medias.
