I also believe that coaching is not just teaching the kids the skills but also how to handle the players, how to employ one's technical skills, management skills, communication skills. My advice to Polo is to get some training in some of these areas to make him more marketable. The so called "soccer academies" can help this great son of Ghana for free ,for the benefit of the soccer community.
