Must the Coach do everything? Why can't the Asst. Coaches be responsible for scouting local talents and report to the Boss. What are they doing? It is only in Ghana that strange things happen.

Your point is valid to a degree.If our league was developed to the point where the coach could sit at his office and watch highlight of matches to familiarize himself with the up and coming players, then it would have been ok ... read full comment

This is the time Avram Grant should select a local black stars and polish them. We need to have some strikers in the pipeline. He can pay attention to our goalkeeping problem too
