Kotoko should rather seek the services of competent lawyers who can guide them legally in the future and break out the football rules to them,since football is played with rules and stop going to court,they will loose again.

The GFA Disciplinary Committee that sat on the case culminating in deduction of six points from Kotoko match build up points displayed gross incompetence in their deliberations.
In fact,they should all be removed from ever sitting on the Disciplinary Committee hearings. What do they mean by the argument that the GFA organized FA Cup competition cannot be counted to absolve a player who had accummulated three yellow cards in a GFA organized League in Ghana.
Hearts of Oak must try and win the remaining two matches, and forget about the points deduction from Asante Kotoko which has catapulted them from the relegation zone. They will be living in a fool's paradize if they bang their hopes on those points.
Hearts must prepare to play in Division one League next Football season, period.

Did gfa explicitly and adequately inform the clubs of the difference between sanctioned and official prior to the start of the elite cup? NO, gfa you didn't and that is what has caused all the confusion going forward..

An official match has CAF relevance where as all other GFA approved matches such as the Elite and Friendly matches do not. That's the difference!!!!! Meaning you get to represent Ghana in Africa that is the relevance!!!!!

Division 1 matches are considered official by the GFA, but the winner of that league doesn't get to play in the CAF tournaments.
If Hearts make such a statement in a law court, that is a sure way of losing the case.
