most of the coaches made their name because they coached over aged players at under aged tournaments. unfortunately these are the coaches who are at the helm of affairs: coaches sam adday, oti akenteng, kwesi appiah, silas tetteh, maxwell konadu. unfortunately, these are the coaches who call the shots under nyantakyi. coaches who had a solid playing career before becoming coaches such as ck, sir cecil, aggrey fynn, addo odamatten, ibrahim sunday, malik jabir, kuuku dadzie and others with solid training like herbert addo, osam dodoo are the ones who are able to train senior teams to achieve laurels. adday & his ward oti quickly resigned to be consultants in the office when they were made to handle senior teams either club or national teams.

He should pay the prize for the abysmal performance in the tournament.He should be charged of willfully causing financial loss to the FA and for that matter mother Ghana. I think the locally based coaches should upgrade themselves and stop advocating for local coach to take the Senior team.

If Ghana is going to participate in these low level tournaments, do not use locals only. There are second division players in Europe and MLS players who could go and do better than this.
