TAKE a player like sterling to spain, germany, holland and he will skyrocket in value! Bring messi to solicit and he will flop! Pogba will excel in the epl. Look at argentine tevez who was super at man city. He goes to Italy and his strength style of play is a contrast to Italian league and he wasn't even called to the argentine team for the wcup. Gareth bale plays with strength and excelled in epl. He goes to spain and he isn't doing so great!.....

Most of the contributors aren't telling Atsu the truth he needs to hear about himself. Which manager would be so dumb not to to use Atsu if he's so talented like Messi? Most ghanaians love football but don't understand what it means to be a professional athlete. Apart from practicing with the team what does he do with his personal time? He's still very young and has a lot more learning to do. As a winger he needs to have great speed (pace). How about his dribbling skills, passing accuracy, shooting on target, muscle power, reading the game accurately and positioning himself at the right spot at the right time? Does he have good communication skills enough to understand what his manager expects of him on the field of play? Does he communicate well with his team mates. What are his personal attributes that every manager would not want to miss? Learning to kick the ball well is basic to today's football. Most kids his age can do that. He needs to spend at least 50 per cent of his personal time on personal improvement. Finally he needs to watch videos of well talented and famous players and see what he can learn from them. I've watched many talented young players and Atsu in my opinion has a long way to go. If he wants to succeed he must have passion for the game and he must be consumed by a desire to succeed. That means a lot of work. Professional sports is very competitive. It's not a bed of roses.
