What should be the minimum requirement in recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

In the mean time, Doku in his write up, astonishingly concedes: KN' s administration is synonymous with corruption much the same vein we all know the prez's administration is also shrouded with corruption. So where do we draw the line? There is no gain saying KN could be unopposed. Neither should we harbour the doubt the Prez would be returned for a second term.
