This attitude does not help us at all. His Excellency President Kufuor and his government took this nation from a Highly Indebted and Poor Country to the status of a lower middle income country in eight years and implemented the Bui dam project as one of the efforts to make Ghana energy secure. All that his government got back was a red card. No wonder we are eating and sleeping in darkness now.

But then if and when the GFA is found to be misappropriating funds in the kitty who is most likely to be culpable. As corruption is so endemic in corporate Ghana, I would certainly not hesitate to share the public concern about the CEO of the Ghana Football Association. To settle this argument Mr K Nyantakyi is not known to be a Saint, he is also not beyond reproach and must be answerable to general public scrutiny at any time his reputation becomes questionable.
