If there is one thing that Ghana is blessed with, it is football talents. The conveyer belt is running at full stretch. As a result, if Ghana want to go well in every tournament, we will. I am not surprised that we are where we are in CAN 2015. It has always been down to the collective will of the. GFA, the technical team and the most vital of all, the players. When they decide to sacrifice for Ghana, the Stars will always do well on the big stage

Germany didn't take anything for granted and they scored many goals against one of the best soccer powerhouses in the World—Pele’s Brazil. Since we're all anxious in bringing home the trophy (cup), I will suggest to our players that: Soccer is just a game and you can have a good day today and a very bad day the next day. Therefore, don’t be overconfident over the victory against Guinea. After all Senegal also beat us and that’s all what “good days vs. bad days are about in sports.”
Regardless of home team advantage and massive fans’ support, our boys should prove to Equatorial Guinea that "when it comes to OIL, they may have the upper hand against Ghana, but when it comes to REAL SOCCER, heck, they can't come close to the Black Stars—SO, BOYS, BEAT THE ‘SAMPSON’ OUT OF THEM on Thursday!!

I believe we had very good results in our last 2 matches because of the fighting spirit and team work ethics of the Black Stars. This must continue. In fact it must be incorporated in the style of play of the team. Yes, Didi is spot on. It is also very important that we avoid complacency. It reared it's ugly head when we went 1-0 up against the Guineans. Some players took their feet off the pedal as they did in the second half against Senegal. We must also play it simple; avoid over-elaboration; individual glory and release the ball on time rather than holding on to it for more than necessary. Lastly the goalkeeping trainer must work on Braimah's aeriel skills. He seems to lack confidence in this department. I will take the opportunity to wish The Black Stars all the best. And May God continue to shower them with His Blessing and Grace as He has been doing.

Grant must sit out dede, atsu, gyan in this game. The concentration should be on the defending and making sure we don't conceede any goals, or threats to the Ghana 18YARDBOX. Let jordan7, amartey6, acheampong11, badu, otoo9, accam10, gyimah and jonathan 4/5 fill in and play. 442 counter attack with special emphasis on ourndefence and making sure we don't CONCEEDE any goals. The players must be aggressive and non complacent, 2touches
Semis vs. Eq.Guinea
1. Coversion from freekicks, corners and crosses is very poor!
2. Faking/attracting fouls in and around the opponents 18yardbox is also very poor.
3. Our defenders must play with discipline, attention to detail in keeping the ball outside of the ghana 18yardbox at all times! Otherwise we will cry like tunisians did. Avram must work on these before we play Eq.Guinea.
4. We saw how the eq.guineans FAKE penalties and are able to ATTRACT fouls/freekicks around the Tunisian 18yardbox.
5. Avram must use this game to seal the defence, don't allow any danger around the Ghana 18YARDBOX.
6. Mark out Balboa, and their #10 from getting anywhere near the Ghana 18. These 2 are their most dangerous players.
7. 442 counter attack. Ghana must finish off the guineans in the first half.
8. Ghana 1 nil win is all we need in this semi final game. Concentrate on TIGHTENING the defence!

How do you win by playing Jordan and sitting out Gyan, Dede, and Atsu?

It's a good strategy but a risky one. This is what Kwasi Appiah did in the game with the USA and failed. Maybe we should field them and get them relieved after we have scored goals.

Yes, the Stars must avoid complacency because they are surely going to play against 14 or more players on that Thursday. Stars go....God is behind you.

Remember in those days, Azumah Nelson steps into the ring with his knock punch to take the referee out of the equation. In the same vein I would like to advise the black stars to take their knock punch onto the field to take the suspected bias referee out of the equation. For example:-
@The Black Stars must be careful when they are heckled down by their opponents. They must take heart not to overreact to attract yellow cards because some bias referee can use it against them. Andre Ayew did a good job to win the “fair play award” which is worthy of emulation by his team mates. Goalkeeper Braimah needs to be cautioned about his delay tactics, especially getting to the end of every match. It is very dangerous to adopt that tactics because any bias referee can take advantage to favor Equatorial Guinea..
@ they must take their chances @ They must remain focused on their tactical discipline from the beginning to the end to win the game.
I wish the Black Stars all the best.
