Infact, the way you got bumped out.of afcon 2006 was so suspect. You purposely allowed yourselves to fsil torogress so you could concentrate on the wcup. Had winning the afcon been your first objective. I think you could have won becos that was the golden era of ghana blackstars if you look at most of the players at.The time like essien, muntari, mensah, appiah, olele, gyan, abeyie, bra Laryea etc who were all in their prime. The attention and fame, .euphoria after winning the wcup bid destroyed that goal.

You took up the captaincy of the Black Stars at the time the whole national team had been damaged by the Abedi/ Tony Yeboah nonsense. You came into the scene and brought some sense of purpose. It is your hard work as the captain of the Black stars that planted the seed for glory which the nation has enjoyed up to now. Well done . You are considered a worrier. Well done again. You did your best for the country. There have been captains who could not even qualify us to the Cup of Nations. You took us to the world cup twice and on both occasions created waves in the world of soccer. You have done your best for mother Ghana.
