The point you are making is true. I think Grant should be able to do something about the too much overlapping problem or he learns the hard way which can stall his promising career. He should watch and learn from Evra.

A player who has sprinted will find it difficult to sprint back to tackle. Often such a tackle is hasty and draws a card and if in the box, a penaty.

No body mention Emmanuel Frimpong. The boy is doing well in his team at Russia. I think this is the time they should call him to join the black stars team. I think Rabiu and Frimpong will be a very good midfield.

Players like Duncan, Party and Amartey are younger and already doing better. Even Acquah is not assured of a spot in the team. Frimpong has to improve exponentially to have any chance again.
